Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Registered Architect qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and submission procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with Singapore building codes and authority requirements.
• Review project specifications, materials, and construction methods.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for submissions and approvals.
• Provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during construction.
