Architect coordinator cum drafter (Construction with VB)

Job Description:

• Remuneration package: Up to SGD$3,200 Basic + Variable Bonus
• Over 30 years of Reputable Engineering Company
• Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues
• Co-ordination of shop drawings

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in architecture or related discipline
• Relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg: NCCS, BCSS, Safety)
• At least 1 years of relevant experience
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD /BIM / VDC technology will be an added advantage
• Architecture graduates without experience are welcome to apply
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable due to work purposes.
