Architect Coordinator cum Drafter (Construction with VB)

Job Description:

• Remuneration package: Up to SGD$3,200 Basic + Variable Bonus
• Over 30 years of Reputable Engineering Company
• Location: Ubi

Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and accuracy of construction drawings, charts, and forms.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural, and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues.
• Co-ordinate shop drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in architecture or related discipline.
• Relevant qualifications or certificates in structural and architectural disciplines (e.g., NCCS, BCSS, Safety).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to lead sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high-quality standards, and minimal defects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM/VDC technology will be an added advantage.
• Architecture graduates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable due to work purposes.
