Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the team across diverse projects to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions with technical excellence.
• Ensure all designs meet local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project workflows, maintaining hands-on involvement throughout all stages of design and execution.
• Lead project meetings and client presentations, serving as a key point of contact.
• Foster a studio culture that promotes innovation, shares best practices, and supports creative and professional growth.

Requirements

• A recognized degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s building codes, regulatory requirements, and authority submission processes.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in BIM (Archicad preferred) and other design tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, Twinmotion.
• Excellent design presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
