Job Description
Report directly to Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager.
Compile and review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with structural, mechanical and electrical components of the project.
Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Attend to progress meeting with Clients and Consultants.
Support the submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as required.
Plan and coordination of architectural works on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Liaise with the project team /clients to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates on project milestones.
Produce detailed reports as required by the project roadmap.
Using software programs for simulating architectural designs
Verify and validate onsite work against plans and designs.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support project delivery.
Job Requirements
Degree/Master in architectural engineering, design, or similar or equivalent, recognized under Board of Architect
At least 3 years of Experience in a marine construction/construction company is favourable
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad software/BIM/Revit or other design software.
Minimum three years of post-graduate experience in the related field.
Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently
