Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks a GIS Administrator to ensure the stability, performance, and integrity of enterprise GIS platforms. You will manage spatial data operations, support cloud and on‑premise systems, and enable high‑quality geospatial insights for business and client outcomes.

You will administer ArcGIS Enterprise across on‑premise, Azure, and AWS environments, manage geodatabases, and develop automated workflows with FME and Python.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise administration in production environments.
• Expertise in Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store and Web Adaptor.
• Experience managing enterprise geodatabases: versioning, replication, reconciliation, archiving.
• Proficiency in Python for GIS automation; SQL skills in MS SQL and PostgreSQL, Azure SQL and AWS RDS.

Responsibilities

• Administer ArcGIS Enterprise across on‑premise, Azure, and AWS environments, including patching, monitoring, user access, and license management.
• Manage enterprise geodatabases with versioning, reconciliation, replication, archiving, and data integrity controls.
• Execute spatial data migration workflows: profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and publishing.
• Develop and maintain FME workspaces to automate data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows.
• Build and maintain Python scripts to automate geoprocessing, platform tasks, and data quality checks.
• Support spatial database operations across MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, and AWS RDS environments.
• Provide user support for GIS tools, service publishing, and troubleshooting; upscale complex issues when needed.
• Maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, migration logs, and operational runbooks in line with governance standards.
