Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Management or a related field.
• Experience in tree inspection or arboricultural work.
• Knowledge of tree species and health assessment.
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recommendations for pruning, trimming, removal and other care works.

• Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, clients on tree-related matters.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Arborist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing tree health, carrying out tree inspections, recommending appropriate tree care measures and ensuring that tree maintenance works are performed safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tree inspections and assess tree health, structural conditions and potential hazards.
• Identify diseased, damaged, unstable or hazardous trees and recommend suitable treatment or maintenance.
• Prepare recommendations for tree pruning, trimming, removal and other tree care works.
• Supervise and coordinate tree maintenance and arboricultural operations.
• Monitor the condition of trees and recommend appropriate care and maintenance plans.
• Ensure tree works comply with workplace safety requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain records of tree conditions and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, workers and clients on tree-related matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Management or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in tree inspection, tree maintenance or arboricultural work.
• Knowledge of tree species, tree health assessment, pruning techniques and tree risk management.
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements for tree maintenance operations.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
