Job summary

SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTRE is seeking a Deputy Counsel to assist the Registrar/Deputy Registrar in managing SIAC cases and ensuring compliance with SIAC Rules and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules under Singapore law.

The role requires a good law degree with 2–3 years PQE, excellent English, and strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. You will work within a professional arbitration team.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with relevant experience in international arbitration.
• 2–3 years PQE (post-qualification experience).
• Excellent command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, mature disposition and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registrar/Deputy Registrar in the administration of SIAC cases.
• Supervise proceedings for cases assigned to you.
• Ensure proper application of SIAC Rules and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules for arbitration and compliance with Singapore arbitration laws.
