The opportunity

Goldbell Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AR Finance Assistant to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts receivable function and contributing to the overall financial operations of the company.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
  • Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor customer account details, follow up on outstanding payments and other irregularities
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounts receivable or finance assistant role
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills, with the ability to work with financial data
