Job description

• Salary: Basic + AWS + VB
• Location: Taiseng

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Service on billing, collections, and account issues.
• Manage credit control and ensure timely customer payments.
• Review sales and invoice data for accuracy and portal compliance.
• Address system errors and follow up on rejections.
• Monitor payment collections and success rates.
• Send and resolve monthly statements of account (SOA).
• Update bank statements and handle monthly billing.
• Create business partners in the system and maintain accounting files.
• Support month-end closing, audits, and stock counts.
• Scan, sort, and manage accounting documents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 relevant experience in accounts receivable job scope.
