Google DeepMind in Singapore seeks a Technical Lead Manager to guide the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI applications. You will lead engineers across features, collaborate with researchers, and drive product impact for global customers.

You will mentor junior engineers, ensure end-to-end delivery from concept to production, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like setting within a world-class AI lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading technical projects and ML infrastructure, including at least 5 years in people leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in ML fields (e.g., generative AI, reinforcement learning, infrastructure).

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and development of new scalable products leveraging generative AI.
• Guide the team in rapidly developing features and iterating based on evaluation results.
• Collaborate with researchers and product managers to translate research into tangible product features.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Oversee software performance optimization and reliability of deployed applications.
