Job description

We're looking for someone to lead our startup partnerships in Singapore. You'll work directly with early-stage companies to integrate autonomous programming into their development workflows.

This role combines technical depth with business development. You'll understand customer needs, demonstrate our technology, and help shape product direction based on real-world feedback.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with startups and technical founders in the Singapore ecosystem
• Lead technical demos and proof-of-concept implementations
• Gather feedback and translate customer needs into product requirements
• Support early customers through onboarding and integration
• Represent Autohand at local events and in the developer community

What we're looking for

• Strong technical background with hands-on coding experience
• Experience working with or in early-stage startups
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of modern development workflows and tools
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Network in the Singapore startup ecosystem
• Experience with developer tools or infrastructure products
• Background in AI/ML or related technical fields
• Previous solutions engineering or technical sales experience

Preferred Candidates

You must be a citizen or have authorised work permit in one of the locations where we hire: Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, or the United States.
