Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Engineer to partner with product and engineering teams, turning loosely defined problems into robust AI-powered systems. You will optimise features for latency and cost, design prompts and workflows, and build end-to-end delivery from model to user experience.

You will also create lightweight evaluation frameworks and troubleshoot issues across the stack, from model to UX, ensuring dependable and predictable behavior in production.

Qualifications

• Clean, production-quality code
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning or deploying ML models
• Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced settings with unclear requirements
• Solid grounding in ML and modern neural network architectures
• Focus on shipping, iterating and improving continuously

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to turn loosely defined problems into working systems.
• Optimise AI features for latency, cost and reliability in production.
• Design, test and refine prompts, tools, memory and agent workflows.
• Build lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure feature performance in real-world use.
• Deliver AI features end to end, from model through system to user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack, including model, orchestration, infrastructure and UX.
• Convert raw model outputs into structured, dependable and predictable behaviour
