Qualifications

• 5+ years of external customer Project Management experience.
• Experience with complex software implementation projects.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Job description

As the successful candidate, you will successfully manage multiple customer softwareimplementation projects across the Asia Pacific region through effective planning,scheduling and controlling.
Position Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Applies extensive project management and customerexperience while learning and adapting to best practicesframework to deliver project goals.

• Schedule Management: Create and maintain a project schedule for each project byestimating, identifying, and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones,tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths.

• Scrum Master: facilitate scrum ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups,sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives); encourage effective communication andinformation exchange within the team and with stakeholders; coach the team toapply Agile principles and scrum practices; remove impediments; provide guidanceand support to improve team performance and effectiveness.

• Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followedto ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriatelybilled to customer.
  

• Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of external customer Project Management experience

• Experience managing complex software implementation projects

• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level applicationdevelopment projects.

• Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships withcustomers, stakeholders, and peers.

• Bachelor's degree or higher with degree in Computer Science/InformationTechnology, Engineering, Business Administration, Science & Technology orequivalent

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or
  equivalent preferred
