Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Consultant, Applications to help maintain and enhance university application services and deliver digital solutions aligned with business needs.

You will gather business requirements, collaborate with in-house and partner teams, and translate them into technical specifications, prototypes, and roadmaps. A degree and 6+ years IT experience are expected, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 6 years IT experience, including 4 years in a technical role and 2 years in project management.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis such as CCBA, CBAP or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience with IIS Server, Visual Studio 2016/2019, and MS SQL Server T-SQL.
• Experience with OutSystems, .NET Core, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath) is advantageous.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Determine, define, and oversee the business needs of the University.
• Arrange and conduct system requirement meetings with end-users and stakeholders for product roadmap and operational issues.
• Lead workshops to identify opportunities, map service journeys, and develop prototypes or proofs-of-concept.
• Prioritize requirements and deliver functional and design specifications.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and draft BRD.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and review project documents for clarity.
• Operate, support, and maintain assigned software applications and ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage bug fixes, service requests, and troubleshooting activities.
