Applications Engineering Specialist

Technical Registrations Management

• Manage technical registrations in accordance with local regulatory needs that differ based on different countries such as Australia, New Zealand, etc.

• Creation of technical data sheets (product engineering data) for specific customers and projects (from the entire refrigeration system down to individual refrigeration units)

• Ad hoc technical marketing collaterals creation

Sales Conversion Support

• Analyze technical data and identify the best technological solutions to support sales proposals

• Support sales in customer presentations to provide the right solution package with particular focus on efficiency optimization and total cost of ownership

• Support other Group functions with specialized technical knowledge

Regulatory Compliance Monitoring

• Act as APAC regulatory point of contact, providing production sites and local entities with regulatory support and guidance

• Stay updated about all relevant laws, rules, and regulations affecting global trade activities within the industry

• Engage with key stakeholders in external regulatory forums and industry bodies

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering

• Min 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in the commercial refrigeration is preferred but not mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PDF Editor is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently

• Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, team player with a keen eye for detail
