Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a capable software engineer to develop, integrate, and enhance full-stack solutions for Smart Building, OT, and Network Management environments in ASEAN. You will drive data integration, API and Kafka-based workflows, and software lifecycle management.

You will collaborate across Asia, utilizing C#/.NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, RESTful APIs, and standards-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with event-streaming technologies for real-time data processing.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and related tooling to support diverse development needs.
• Familiarity with OT, building automation or smart building systems.
• Experience developing or integrating Network Management Systems (NMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications and enhance existing systems using C#, .NET / .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Translate business requirements into functional software solutions that meet client needs and standards.
• Design and maintain systems supporting Smart Building and OT integration environments.
• Integrate heterogeneous systems and develop APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage software development lifecycle.
• Implement SSDLC practices to ensure security and compliance.
• Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Adhere to ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148, 12207, 29119, 27001 and IEC 62443 standards for quality and security.
• Provide on-site support and collaborate with regional teams across Asia.
• Support Network Management System (NMS) development and integration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.

Job Summary

You will develop, integrate, and enhance full-stack software solutions for Smart Building, Operational Technologies, and Network Management environments, driving innovation in OT data integration, API and Kafka integration, and software lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications and enhance existing systems using C#, .NET / .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML / CSS, SQL, RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML to deliver robust software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional, high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable systems supporting Smart Building and OT integration environments.
• Integrate heterogeneous systems and develop APIs to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage software development lifecycle and deliver iterative improvements.
• Implement Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices to ensure software security and compliance.
• Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development within a dynamic team environment.
• Incorporate relevant international standards including ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148, 12207, 29119, 27001, and IEC 62443 to ensure quality, security, and compliance in software development and OT cybersecurity.
• Provide on-site support and collaborate with regional teams across Asia to deploy and maintain solutions.
• Support Network Management System (NMS) development and integration to enhance network operations and monitoring.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support project and organizational goals.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar event-streaming/message-broker technologies to enable real-time data processing.
• Knowledge of Python or Java programming languages to support diverse development needs.
• Experience with OT, building automation, industrial control, or smart building systems to enhance domain-specific software solutions.
• Experience developing or integrating Network Management Systems (NMS) to improve network management capabilities.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
