Job Description:

  • Provide Pre-Sales and After Sales Supports on the Products developed by the Company
  • Provide Good Support and Training to Customers on the usage of Application Systems developed and Implemented by the Company
  • Provide Support and act as an Associate Consultant for the Implementation of Application Software System to new Customers.
  • Provide 1st line technical support, diagnosis of the problem reported by customer and fix issues if possible. Otherwise file Problem issues ticket with detailed descriptions for bugs fixing by developer.
  • Support team members in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing Applications to support changes in the business environment
  • Assist in project management, product development, implementation, testing, support and maintenance of software applications
  • Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management
  • Report on the progress of goals and objectives
  • Monitor performance progress with management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma,Higher NITEC or equivalent in Finance, Information technology, Computer Studies
  • Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to problems originating from customers
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge in Financial Accounting, MS .net or SQL environment an added advantage
