Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide development and administration of enterprise systems. The role involves user support, testing applications, and project implementation. Candidates should have a degree in IT and a minimum of 3 years in application support and implementation. Proficiency in Nintex NAC, SharePoint, and SQL is required.

Job role

• Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems.

• Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application related issues and escalate to vendor for resolution.

• Involve in testing of pre-release applications, related software and tools.

• Participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support.

• Plan and liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support application patches and upgrades.

• Any other tasks assigned by your superior.

Requirements

• A recognise degree/diploma in IT.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on application implementation.

• Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions.

• Proven expertise in Nintex NAC, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate.

• Proficient in SQL with knowledge in HTML and Java.

• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good team player with ability to work with people from all levels.
