  • Work with internal teams to resolve production incidents, focusing on functional issues and employing Problem Management techniques to identify root causes with deep-dive.
  • Make recommendations or deliver automation for permanent solutions to recurring incidents, collaborating with relevant units to minimize Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.
  • Provide on-call and on-site support on a rotational basis, including after-hours and weekend support as needed for application support and change deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of functional and technical specifications for system bugs and enhancements, playing a key role in prioritizing changes and tracking delivery.
  • Conduct testing of application bug fixes and enhancements as part of the release management process. Assist delivery team to reduce the number of rollbacks.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Architecture team to ensure robust system design, minimizing operational risks and ensuring proper data structuring and control within the business.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as necessary, including cross-training other members of the Application Services team.
  • Able to monitor and report on risk status and effectiveness of mitigation measures. Ability to identify common risks in processes, projects and systems.

Who you are
