A technology services provider in Singapore is looking for a skilled application support professional to provide L2/L3 support, monitor application performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 application support, including log analysis, issue debugging,and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor application performance, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high system availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure, database, and application-level issues.
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Support UAT and production deployments, ensuring smooth go-live transitions and post-production stability.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation and reporting.
  • Participate in disaster recovery (DR) drills, security audits, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Propose and implement system/process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • Skilled in debugging, automation, and integration troubleshooting across REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to issue management.
  • Experienced in ITIL-aligned operations, AWS services, and DevOps tools.
  • Languages & Tools: CL, Python, PEGA (V7/V8),
  • Web Technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, ReactJS, Angular, CSS, JSON, Shell Scripting
  • Application Servers: WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, IBM AS/400, Microsoft IIS
  • Databases: SQL,Oracle, DB2/400, PostgreSQL, ODI
  • Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX/Linux, OS/400
  • DevOps Tools: Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus, Confluence
  • AWS Services: EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, Route 53, ALB
