Coordinate and execute installation of PTFs (Program Temporary Fixes) and application upgrades.
Collaborate with developers, support specialists, and data center teams for seamless system updates.
Maintain and enhance existing RPG applications to meet business needs.
Assist in formulating strategies for application development and long-term maintenance.
Debug programs and provide coding and testing support based on specifications.
Perform validation and testing to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
Identify and resolve system issues and support troubleshooting efforts.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with RPG programming in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with application upgrade processes and system patches.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of software validation, testing, and QA processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication and documentation skills.
