Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Application Support Engineer to manage AWS ECS/EC2 and Red Hat OpenShift environments. You will develop scripts and automation using Unix shell and Ansible, troubleshoot production systems, and ensure smooth operation of blockchain and digital asset trading platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Linux/RHEL, Solaris, and containerized applications, plus the ability to monitor and resolve complex incidents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience with AWS ECS/EC2 and OpenShift environments.
Proven Linux/RHEL and Solaris administration and troubleshooting skills.
Strong Unix Shell scripting and automation with Ansible.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot applications running on AWS ECS and EC2.
Manage and support Red Hat OpenShift services and containerized apps.
Perform Linux/RHEL and Solaris administration and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain Unix Shell scripts and Ansible automation.
Monitor production applications and resolve operational issues.
Support environments exposed to blockchain and digital asset trading platforms.
