Job summary

A leading medical solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Application Specialist (Radiography) to provide pre- and post-sales support on Radiography Modalities products. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions for customers and ensuring the proper functioning of medical equipment. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Radiography and relevant work experience. This role offers a competitive salary, up to $5K, and is based in Tai Seng.

Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers on company’s Radiography Modalities products and their applications including:

• Product demonstration training to field sales representatives
• Post-sales installation training as part of customer retention activities
• Resolve/troubleshoot application issues faced by customers and/or train customers on application on the products they have purchased
• Routine Customer visits to ensure consistent and correct operation of equipment

Responsibilities include (besides those stated above):

• Maintain existing equipment QC and image quality at customers’ sites.
• Support Pre Sales activities of key projects by providing relevant product demos and presentation.
• Ensure proper functioning of related medical equipment used for demos.
• Provide training to customers on application knowledge and interpretation of images
• Develop and provide structured training to Junior application specialists
• Review feedback of images from customers and respond to them accordingly.
