An expanding healthcare technology firm is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage and enhance medical software applications. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, alongside a passion for the clinical laboratory domain. Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years IT support job experience preferred.
• Medical Technologists in Clinical Laboratory/Blood Bank industry with a passion for IT are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with the workflow of Clinical Laboratory/Blood Bank is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (Computer), Biomedical, and Medical Laboratory Technology, Science (Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent).
• 1 - 2 years IT support job experience is preferred and or familiar with the workflow of Clinical Laboratory/Blood Bank.
• Medical Technologists in Clinical Laboratory/Blood Bank industry with passion for IT.
• Familiar with Windows 2008/2016, UNIX/LINUX and Oracle / MS-SQL database.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Possess resourcefulness, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Entry level are welcomed to apply.
