Job summary

Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking a technically adept professional to lead implementation and adoption of Black Duck solutions. You will integrate security into customer development lifecycles and drive practical outcomes from investment.

Responsibilities include designing customer-ready solutions, delivering end-to-end implementations, and partnering with account teams to maximize value across China and Asia. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of application security concepts, software vulnerabilities, or secure development practices.
• Hands-on software development experience in Java, C/C++, C#, or a comparable language.
• Scripting ability with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and modern software delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and modern platform architectures.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Clear communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with customers, internal partners, or cross-functional delivery teams.
• Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and adoption activities for Black Duck solutions in customer environments.
• Design customer-ready solutions aligning with goals and success criteria.
• Deliver end-to-end implementations: plan, configure, validate, and complete work.
• Integrate Black Duck into DevOps workflows (SDLC, CI/CD) for daily security practices.
• Advise on secure development, vulnerability management, and efficient operations.
• Enable adoption by guiding customers and planning deployment milestones.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify further value opportunities.
