Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT solution delivery for government and enterprise clients from Singapore. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure governance and quality across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong IT foundation, experience with cloud platforms, data/AI projects, and is adept at stakeholder engagement and vendor management. Hands-on development is not required.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in application development / implementation project
• Experience managing projects involving cloud platforms, data, AI/ML, low-code solutions
• Experience with government procurement, governance and reporting requirements
• Hands-off leadership with strong stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver software and IT solution projects across full lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and resource plans.
• Ensure delivery adheres to scope, timeline, cost and quality; manage Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Oversee delivery across multiple vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Lead governance, risk and quality management activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, QA and vendors.
