We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis experience to lead the delivery of application development and enhancement projects. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who can manage project lifecycles while also engaging deeply with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and define application functionalities. The ideal candidate has experience managing web, mobile, or enterprise application projects and is comfortable bridging business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of business analysis projects and workstreams.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams of BAs, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and communicate status to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Oversee the business analysis process: requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation.
• Ensure business and functional requirements are translated accurately into technical specifications.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet business objectives and provide measurable value.
• Guide and mentor business analysts on methodology, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 1 years in a project management or lead BA capacity.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
• Solid experience with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops, define KPIs, and drive consensus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be advantage.
• Experience in enterprise transformation, digital projects, or systems integration.
• Exposure to data analysis, process automation, or ERP/CRM implementations.
