Qualifications

Job description

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows scripting.
• Experience or knowledge in Incident and Problem management.
• At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting applications in a full stack environment, preferably in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• At least 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in Banking or Anti-Money Laundering sectors.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in production support for banking applications on Windows and Unix environments.
• Perform health checks and monitor production systems and job scheduling to ensure SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to performance and reliability across the software stack.
• Proactively identify system bottlenecks and resolve issues before they impact operations.
• Knowledge of GIT, Bitbucket, and Jenkins is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Actimize and Hadoop is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle databases, with ability to write and debug SQL queries.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana is an added advantage.
