As the Application Product Specialist, you will support Case IH key dealers and customers by demonstrating expertise on your assigned product lines. We are looking for a self-motivated professional to drive value proposition into the marketplace from a regional perspective. You will be a meaningful part of regional and local training events, and will also be a presence at national, regional, and local farm shows.

The territory for this position includes Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Ideal locations are Louisville, KY, or Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, leading, and providing value propositions to dealers and customers.
  • Engaging in dealer and customer demos, field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits to meet retail objectives.
  • Serving as the marketing product expert for Application products to sales, marketing, product management, and development teams.
  • Providing training sessions to internal and external partners within your region.
  • Developing marketing and training materials to communicate product features and benefits.
  • Establishing and achieving dealer order objectives, tracking demo activity, and managing field inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of agricultural product experience supporting direct customer equipment sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, as this is a field-based role.
