Application Lead

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to spearhead the design, build, and configuration of custom applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide sound technical resolutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Design & Build Enablement, with working knowledge in Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, and Responsive/Adaptive Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end application design and build process for custom-built solutions.
• Configure and customize applications in alignment with project and project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and improve development processes.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply modern techniques to enhance application performance and usability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical solutioning, and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Support team development through knowledge sharing and technical mentoring.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in custom application development and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge in Design & Build Enablement.
• Solid understanding of Configuration and Release Management practices.
• Experience in Solution Architecture and designing scalable, maintainable applications.
• Familiarity with Responsive and Adaptive Design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear technical resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
