A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide first-level support for S/4 HANA applications and manage CRM systems. This role requires a diploma or degree in IT, along with experience in application management and troubleshooting. Join a dynamic team focused on business process improvement and user support.
Provide first-level support for applications such as S/4 HANA (modules including SD, MM, Contracts, Billing, FI/CO), C4C (Sales and Service CRM), CPQ, and FSM (mobile app and dashboard).
Application Management Support (AMS) and general system support
Manage user ID creation and deactivation for SAP and C4C
Offer support for S/4 HANA and FSM integration with third-party logistics systems
Troubleshoot issues related to quotation creation in C4C
Address billing issues for sales and service operations
Support and implement business process improvement initiatives across departments.
Coordinate with Level 2 teams for issue fixes, including form submission, test support, documentation, and go-live readiness.
Configure and set up S4P and S4Q environments.
Manage change requests across key platforms: S4 HANA/ CPQ / C4C / FSM.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
Experience in S4 HANA application as L1 support, project support.
Knowledge of CRM applications.
