Collaborate with the commercial team to prioritize project evaluations and implementations.
Assist in training regional distributors on product applications and monitor their performance and quality.
Carry out on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and software/hardware updates while providing initial support to clinicians.
Plan and coordinate service activities while gathering clinician feedback to enhance system performance.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years in medical devices, technical assembly, servicing, or sales experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
Salary: $3,500 to $4,500
