Responsibilities

• Operate as the main coordinator between client teams and product specialists
• Configure, test, and activate advanced manufacturing software on-site and remotely
• Drive adoption by training users and addressing usage challenges
• Adjust plans and priorities based on real-time needs and feedback
• Interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for system enhancement
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine features and deploy updates
• Support stakeholder discussions, solution walkthroughs, and sales engagements

Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor fab or assembly settings
• Proficient in SQL and database management
• Understanding of industrial engineering principles and automated manufacturing systems
• Exposure to MES platforms, FDC/APC tools, and software rollout processes is advantageous
