Job description

This is an entry or junior level as OJT will be provided

Responsible for the detailed engineering, design support, technical documentation, and post-sales support of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, ensuring high-quality solutions tailored to client requirements and compliance with industry standards.

• Technical Design & Documentation:
  Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, schematics, and layouts for ELV systems including card access, fire alarm, and CCTV systems.

• System Engineering:
  Review project technical specifications, develop system architecture, and ensure solutions meet project requirements and standards.

• Integration & Coordination:
  Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors at various project stages to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems.

• Post-Sales Support:
  Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems, ensuring zero customer complaints and high satisfaction.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Participate in system testing, validation, and commissioning to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Develop and implement standard procedures to improve design quality and efficiency, minimizing engineering changes and driving process improvements.

• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

• Reporting:
  Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each project phase, including as-built records and service reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering field.

• Entry / Junior level - training will be provided

• Some experience in ELV systems, specifically card access, fire alarm, and CCTV is a plus

• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and system layouts.
