Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Knowledge of CNC Turning, Milling, or multi-axis machining is needed.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable CNC machine configurations and machining solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop and optimize machining processes, including cycle time studies, tooling selection, and fixture concepts.
• Create CNC programs and conduct test cuts to validate machining performance.
• Conduct machine demonstrations, customer training, and technical presentations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and application assistance to customers.
• Support machine commissioning, runoff activities, and turnkey project implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and regional teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
