Key Responsibilities

  1. Through in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps, lead product application roadmap for future solutions.
  2. Technically lead difficult, complex application activities and team.
  3. Create and lead the execution teams, evaluation and demos at customer sites, through high involvement in the SOW and commitment schedule.
  4. Interface with the customer regarding technical requirements analysis and schedule.
  5. Define/approve product application support plans for installation.
  6. Create & lead new methodologies in order to optimize system performance for specific applications.
  7. Analyze, develop and transfer new application capabilities in the system envelope from product division to customer application support team.
  8. Lead customer technical review meetings.
