Job summary

APPLIED MATERIALS SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a senior member to drive semiconductor application solutions from concept to implementation. You will understand customer technologies, lead complex application activities, and manage on-site demos and technical reviews with strong focus on fulfilling SOW commitments.

The role requires coordinating with product and customer teams to optimize system performance and transfer new capabilities to the support organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Through deep understanding of customer technologies and gaps, drive the work cycle to implement solutions in semiconductor projects.
• Technically leads difficult, complex application activities and teams.
• Lead execution on-site demos and evaluations at customer sites with emphasis on SOW and schedule commitments.
• Interface with customers on technical requirements and timelines.
• Define/approve product application support plans for semiconductor equipment installation.
• Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Analyze, develop and transfer new application capabilities from product division to the customer support team.
• Lead customer technical review meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Through in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps and work throughout the work cycle until the implementation of the solution in Semiconductor industry.
• Technically leads difficult, complex application activities and team
• Leads the execution teams ß-sites, evaluation and demos at customers site, through high involvement in the SOW and commitment schedule
• Interfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements analysis and schedule
• Define/approve Product application support plans for Semiconductor equipment installation
• Create & Lead new methodologies in order to optimized system performance for specific application
• Analysis, Develop and Transfer new application capabilities in the system envelope from product division to customer application support team
• Lead customer Technical review meetings
