A leading semiconductor technology company in Singapore is seeking an Application Engineer to develop eBeam inspection applications at customer locations. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor's degree and experience in semiconductor processes. Responsibilities include leading technical meetings and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries. The position may require travel to support projects internationally.
Application Engineers help identify and solve customer problems through an in-depth understanding of eBeam technology and semiconductor process knowledge.
He or she will develop new application on the eBeam inspection tools at customer site and follow up application issues and customer’s request.
Support new product JEP and wafer Demo.
Project execution in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead customer technical meeting and follow up customer’s requests.
Defines customer technical requirements, through deep analysis and clear understanding of the product roadmap.
Willing to travel and stay abroad to support China or US on the job when necessary.
Bachelor Degree and above - Technical University graduate in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics.
eBeam inspection or Semiconductor process knowledge.
Good problem analysis and solving skills.
Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible.
Good coordination skills and communications skills.
Multi-task player and good ability to work under different working environment pressures.
Good team player and committed to the success of ASML.
Position will require traveling to other cities of the country up to 10%. Oversea business travel will be necessary and depend on business needs.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
