Position Overview

As a Software Engineering Associate Advisor, you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related infrastructure. You will collaborate with technical leads, delivery managers, system architects, and team members both onshore and offshore.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, and support the implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks.
  • Implement technical solutions on Pega 8.8.X and Pega Healthcare Management.
  • Create reusable components for enterprise-wide use to enhance customer experience.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications using Pega BPM methodology.
  • Implement PEGA integration services, understand new case management, GetNext, and Agents features.
  • Conduct code and design reviews, assist in testing phases, and support deployment activities.
  • Develop and refine integrations between applications.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, monitor system performance, and support business users.
  • Participate in scrum meetings and design sessions to maximize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical understanding of Pega PRPC and product knowledge.
  • Proven experience in building enterprise-level, model-driven business solutions.
  • Experience across all software development phases including design, configuration, testing, and support.
  • Solid business process modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Pega CSSA or LSA certification preferred, with good Java framework knowledge.
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with Pega technology and PRPC implementation.
  • At least 5 years of software architecture experience.
