Activants PTE LTD is seeking an Application Developer to design and code web and mobile applications within Agile timelines. You will collaborate with users, analyze requirements and deliver high‑quality software on time.

The role requires 2 years of hands-on experience with C#, VB.Net, Angular, Python, and React Native, plus solid DB knowledge (MS SQL/MySQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL). A customer‑oriented mindset and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in computer science or relevant field
• 2 years of experience as an Application Developer or similar role
• 2 years of experience in designing and building web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, Angular, Python, React Native
• Knowledge of databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Experience in Agile project methodology (Scrum)
• Must be service oriented, able to build rapport with customers and willing to go the extra mile

Responsabilités

• Understand requirement specifications and expectations of the project

• Investigate and rectify application problems as reported by users

• Perform thorough and rigorous testing
• Ensure a match between customer expectations and delivery
• Pro-active in attending to client’s needs, respond to customer’s feedback and request promptly
• Deliver projects on time with quality
• Maintain and enhance existing applications
• Write comprehensive test scripts and other technical documents
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and bug fixing of applications
• Report regularly to Project Manager/ScrumMaster
• Continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Application Developer

We are looking for qualified Application Developers who can design and code web and mobile applications according to strict deadlines and within budget while ensuring the customer’s satisfaction. You will work as part of the team using Agile project methodology.

Application Developer Responsibilities

Application Developer Requirements

7. Interested in No-code development
8. Experience in Agile project methodology (Scrum)
9. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
10. Ability to elicit business requirements from clients
11. Great understanding of software design and programming principles
12. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on project’s success
13. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
14. Certified application developer is a plus
15. Must be service oriented, able to build rapport with customers and willing to go the extra mile
16. Resourceful, adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
17. Strong time management skills and able to complete tasks on schedule
