As Application Delivery Manager in a Financial institution, you will play a critical role in managing the development and integration of enterprise applications

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the application delivery, implementation and support of strategic enterprise projects to ensure smooth implementation. Lead a team of application development to plan technical deliverables to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to define architectural standards and best practices, while driving operational excellence and innovation.

• Manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.
• Work closely with Project Lead/Owner or Sponsor to drive strategic or major initiatives as part of the organization’s roadmap and strategy.
• Plan, monitor and manage project risks/issues relating to application delivery
• Track, update and provide status report to senior management and stakeholders
• Stakeholder management and vendor management and monitoring the progress of the projects throughout each phase
• Provide systems input to specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessment (e.g., function points)
• Partner with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
• Working with testing team to coordinate all phases of testing
• Prepare and Manage technical implementation plan across application teams

What You Bring

• 15+ years in software delivery experience, with experience in managing large and complex application delivery in banking industry
• Proven experience in project management
• Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
