Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Support the risk department in executing product-specific control remediations, including the technical documentation of processes, controls, policies, and procedures.
2. Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and resolve technical and functional issues.
3. Identify questionable logs and generate reports and graphs to enhance client understanding.
4. Submit incidents to relevant teams with detailed information to facilitate problem resolution.
5. Escalate issues to Level 2 support and management when necessary.
6. Follow up on open incidents to ensure resolution within SLA timeframes.
7. Examine code for security weaknesses and perform tests on web applications and network devices.
8. Assess risks and develop security standards, protocols, and measures to mitigate risks.
9. Conduct security testing based on checklists and test scenarios, utilizing frameworks like OWASP Top 10 and SANS 25.
10. Assign severity levels to vulnerabilities based on risk assessments.
11. Provide code-level suggestions to address or mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
12. Demonstrate good communication skills.
