Responsibilities:

• Solution Definition and Delivery:
• Assist business users in structuring their requirements, particularly in payments and ISO 20022/SWIFT messaging.
• Translate business objectives into a cohesive architectural solution, covering:
• Business and process architecture
• Technology architecture (application, infrastructure, and security)
• Develop a practical roadmap considering business, technical, and regulatory constraints.
• Assess operational impacts and collaborate with operations to define suitable operating models.
• Address challenges from technology, operations, compliance, and other impacted units.
• Innovate existing methods or introduce new strategies for enhancement.
• Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead the solution definition work-stream during implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the technology roadmap post-project initiation, monitoring deviations and planning remedial actions with project teams.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary contact for domain-specific improvements and challenges, emphasizing payments and ISO 20022/SWIFT.
• Facilitate effective business transformation by fostering relationships among development teams, business analysts, testing teams, and operational partners.
• Provide expert advice within specialized domains, ensuring clear understanding and optimal utilization of solutions.
• Anticipate and respond to customer needs promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Banking Architecture Skills:
• Expertise across Retail and Wholesale banking domains, including core banking, payments, trades, cards, branch systems, ATM, loyalty programs, internet and mobile banking, reporting, and MIS.
• Deep domain knowledge with a strong focus on front-end and back-end systems and processes, especially in payments and ISO 20022/SWIFT messaging.
• Communication and Presentation:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying and articulating complex technology solutions and challenges to C-level executives.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and operations staff.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
