Application and Technical Specialist [Medical Devices | AWS + VB | Central]

Responsibilities:

1. Support customers and the sales team with product and application-related needs.
2. Respond to all inquiries related to products.
3. Plan and deliver regular product updates and conduct training sessions on products and applications for assigned customers or territories.
4. Advise customers and end users—including clinicians, doctors, and biomedical staff—on product configurations, solutions, and applications.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and training to educate customers on product features, functions, and benefits.
6. Assist the sales manager with projects and tenders, including reviewing specifications and proposing solutions that meet requirements.
7. Provide comprehensive end-user training, including planning schedules, preparing materials, quick guides, and other resources as requested.
8. Support project execution and installation by configuring product settings to meet customer specifications.
9. Collaborate with IT, engineering, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure timely commissioning and delivery of products.
10. Deliver technical and service support within the assigned customer base or territory, covering warranty and post-warranty services such as maintenance.
11. Provide technical and service training to customers.
12. Be available for project-related standby duties, including product trials, post-sales support, and warranty services.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.
14. Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Degree in any Engineering fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device industry.
3. Familiarity with patient monitoring systems and cardiology/ventilator-related products.
4. Strong communication skills for delivering product presentations and troubleshooting effectively.
5. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
6. Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision.
