Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a Service Delivery team to resolve Production Incidents.
• Support Production EODs as per Roster.
• Perform unit and system integration testing for production incident resolutions.
• Support user acceptance testing for production incidents.
• Manage and collaborate with the Technical team to implement solutions that meet Business Requirements and align with organizational objectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide support for production systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
• Partner with users to understand Business needs by reviewing requirements and analyzing impacts on applications.
• Execute tasks related to projects, change requests, and maintenance requests.

Key Skills:

• In-depth technical skills in CICS COBOL, COBOL batch, JCLs, Easytrieve, VSAM, OPC, and other mainframe utilities.
