Job Description

1/ Cleaning & Maintenance

- Perform daily/weekly cleaning of internal and external machine components. Sanitize blender area and ensure hygiene compliance. Check and clean drainage, water lines, and vacuum holes. Maintain freezer cleanliness and temperature standards.

2/ Servicing & Replenishment

- Perform scheduled servicing and health checks on all deployed machines. Replace worn-out or faulty parts such as seals, valves, tubes, and gaskets. Refill and stock machine consumables (e.g., cups, lids, cleaning agents).

3/ Troubleshooting & Repair

- Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic faults (e.g., sensors, PCBs, motors). Fix software-related operational issues (e.g., touchscreen, error prompts). Perform basic plumbing repairs (e.g., water line leaks, connection issues). Update logs for each repair or servicing session with details and photos

4/ Machine Replacement & Installation

- Transport, install, or swap out Smooder machines at customer locations. Ensure machines are properly leveled, connected to power and water lines. Perform final testing to verify machine readiness post-installation.

5/ Customer & On-Site Support

- Respond to urgent service calls within specified SLA timelines. Train staff on basic operation and maintenance if needed. Provide courteous and professional service at customer premises.

6/ Inventory & Spare Parts Management

- Track and manage usage of spare parts and service tools. Flag low stock levels and suggest reorders based on reorder point.

7/ General Support Duties

- Assist in any other operational tasks as required by the business (e.g., event setup, testing prototypes, logistics support)

Job Requirements:

1/ Possess a Class 3 Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.

2/ Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads.

3/ Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

4/ Positive, humble and pro-active attitude. Willingness to learn and contribute to the company.
