Description

Strategic Partnership: Translate divisional goals into quarterly priorities and the supporting sales execution strategies. Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights.Business Insights: Leverage a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.Operational Excellence: Provide essential support to the broader sales enablement org & sales teams including book of business qualification/building, product/reporting training, and CRM hygiene.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or digital advertising industry
  • Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration
  • MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
