Job description

App Store Optimization & Growth Automation

As an experienced and analytical ASO Executive, you will be responsible for driving the visibility, downloads, and conversion of our app on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), keyword intelligence, creative experimentation, and the strategic use of AI and automation tools to enhance performance.

You will focus on organic growth tied to installs, retention, and user quality rather than vanity metrics. Your key responsibilities will include owning and executing the end-to-end ASO strategy, conducting keyword research and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools to create and test store listing content, building automated ASO workflows, collaborating with design teams for optimization, monitoring key ASO KPIs, supporting localization strategies, and aligning messaging between organic and paid acquisition channels.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of direct ASO experience for Android and iOS apps, mastery of ASO tools such as AppTweak, MobileAction, and Sensor Tower, a deep understanding of search algorithms and store ranking factors, and proven results in improving keyword rankings and organic install growth. You should also possess strong data analysis skills, a high ownership attitude, and clear communication abilities.

Additionally, experience in localization strategy, familiarity with analytics tools like Firebase and GA4, ability to automate data pulls, and a background in SEO/content marketing would be considered a bonus. A graduate degree in any field is required for this position.
