Job description

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Talent Coordinator for 12 months extendable contract role. As a

Talent Coordinator you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.

What you’ll do

  • Manage complex candidate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, including in-person, video meetings and panel presentations
  • Craft and send offer letters and other required new hire documents, ensuring 100% accuracy at all times
  • Complete hiring process of new employees. This will involve auditing offer and candidate information to ensure 100% data accuracy
  • Monitor and support candidates through the background check process including issue resolutions Maintain compliance with regards to conflict of interest, references completed and background checks
  • Support managers and new hires through pre-hire onboarding requirements to ensure a positive experience
  • Process referral bonus payments for eligible internal referrals, manage associated queries
  • Manage and research answers to queries which come up from candidates, hiring managers and talent partners to support the team when necessary
  • Find opportunities to streamline or improve processes and procedures, as well as offer viable solutions

What Will You Need:

  • Coordination or administration experience, preferably within a recruitment role
  • Highly organised; has a natural sense of urgency; allocates one’s time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
  • Acts with integrity; builds trust with others by being consistent, modelling the desired behavior, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences and treating others with respect Process driven; incredible attention to detail and understanding that data needs to be 100% accurate at all times
  • Follows-up and follows-through consistently
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
